What Is KLOW? (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV)
Four separate compounds supplied together in a single lyophilized vial. What each one is, what the literature examines for each, and what a blend does and does not tell you.
What is actually in the vial
“KLOW” is a market name for a four-component vial. It contains BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV, co-lyophilized rather than chemically joined. Each has its own separate literature, summarised below.
| Components | 4 separate compounds |
|---|---|
| Vial size | 10mg+10mg+50mg+10mg |
| Physical form | Lyophilized powder |
| Regulatory status | Not approved by the FDA for any use |
The components
BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide whose literature centres on angiogenesis and fibroblast migration in model systems.
TB-500 is the synthetic form of Thymosin Beta-4, an actin-sequestering protein studied in cell-migration assays.
GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide studied for collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis in fibroblast culture.
KPV is a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH (Lys-Pro-Val) studied in in-vitro inflammatory signalling models.
A blend is a packaging decision, not a pharmacological claim. The components above are studied separately in the published literature. We make no claim that combining them produces any combined effect, and we do not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration or protocol guidance for this or any compound. See our Research Use Only Policy.
What a certificate tells you about a blend
A single purity figure is less informative for a multi-component vial than for a single compound, because “purity” has to be read per component. What a certificate of analysis can establish is the identity of each substance present and the purity of each, measured by HPLC and confirmed by mass spectrometry against each component's expected molecular weight.
A certificate confirms what is in the vial. It is not evidence that the material is safe or suitable for any use outside a laboratory.
Handling and storage
- Supplied lyophilized and shelf-stable at ambient temperature for shipping.
- For longer-term storage keep the sealed vial cold, dry and out of direct light.
- Handle in a laboratory setting with appropriate protective equipment.
- Dispose of material according to your institution's procedures and local regulations.
