1. Agreement to These Terms
Using this site or placing an order with Pinnacle BioSolutions ("Pinnacle," "we," "us") means you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or place an order.
2. What We Sell, and Who Can Buy It
Every product on this site is sold exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. Nothing we sell is approved by the FDA, and none of it is intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.
By completing a purchase, you're confirming that: you're at least 21 years old; you're buying strictly for lawful scientific or laboratory research; and you'll store, handle, and dispose of everything you receive in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.
3. Age Requirements
We only sell to individuals 21 or older. Placing an order is your affirmation that you meet this requirement and that the information you've provided is accurate. We reserve the right to request identification or require an adult signature at delivery to confirm this.
If we later determine an order was placed by someone underage, we may cancel it and recall the products. Any refund in that situation is contingent on the products being safely returned or their destruction being verified. Pinnacle isn't responsible for false statements made at checkout, and whoever completed the order agrees to cover any costs, claims, or losses that result from it.
4. Your Responsibility for Legal Compliance
It's on you, the buyer, to understand and follow the laws that apply to possessing, importing, or using anything you order from us. We don't guarantee that any product is legal to purchase, possess, or use in your specific location, and we may decline or cancel orders that appear to conflict with applicable law.

9. Payment and Fraud Prevention
All orders are subject to verification, and we may decline or cancel any transaction we believe carries fraud, compliance, or age-verification risk. Placing an order authorizes us to share relevant transaction details with our payment processor and, where legally necessary, with law enforcement. Chargebacks filed without a legitimate basis may be treated as fraudulent and can result in account termination.
10. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Our products are lyophilized and shelf-stable at ambient temperature, so shipments don't require cold-chain handling — but we may still require an adult signature or additional identity verification at delivery. Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for it transfers to the shipping carrier; delays caused by the carrier or by a regulatory hold are outside our control.
11. Returns and Refunds
Because these are research compounds intended for controlled laboratory handling, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind or an ordering mistake once a package has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once we've verified the problem, we'll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you — including a prepaid return label where applicable, with no restocking fee.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Pinnacle BioSolutions' total liability for any claim tied to a product or purchase is capped at the amount you paid for that product. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if we were made aware they were possible.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pinnacle BioSolutions, its owners, employees, and suppliers harmless from any claim, loss, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law.
14. Severability
Nothing here overrides rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by United States law. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved through binding arbitration or another lawful process we select, except where prohibited by law, with each party responsible for its own costs unless a tribunal orders otherwise.
