1. Agreement to These Terms

Using this site or placing an order with Pinnacle BioSolutions ("Pinnacle," "we," "us") means you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or place an order.

2. What We Sell, and Who Can Buy It

Every product on this site is sold exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. Nothing we sell is approved by the FDA, and none of it is intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.

By completing a purchase, you're confirming that: you're at least 21 years old; you're buying strictly for lawful scientific or laboratory research; and you'll store, handle, and dispose of everything you receive in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

3. Age Requirements

We only sell to individuals 21 or older. Placing an order is your affirmation that you meet this requirement and that the information you've provided is accurate. We reserve the right to request identification or require an adult signature at delivery to confirm this.

If we later determine an order was placed by someone underage, we may cancel it and recall the products. Any refund in that situation is contingent on the products being safely returned or their destruction being verified. Pinnacle isn't responsible for false statements made at checkout, and whoever completed the order agrees to cover any costs, claims, or losses that result from it.

4. Your Responsibility for Legal Compliance

It's on you, the buyer, to understand and follow the laws that apply to possessing, importing, or using anything you order from us. We don't guarantee that any product is legal to purchase, possess, or use in your specific location, and we may decline or cancel orders that appear to conflict with applicable law.

5. What These Products Are Not For

None of our products may be: consumed by a person or animal; used for any diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or agricultural purpose; formulated into a drug, supplement, or other consumer product; or resold, redistributed, or marketed for anything other than research. Violating this section can result in your account being closed and, where warranted, a report to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

6. Regulatory Disclosures

Pinnacle does not market, describe, or label any product as suitable for ingestion or medical use. Everything on this site — product listings, specification sheets, general reference information — exists to describe chemical and research properties only.

Statements made on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. We don't permit customer reviews, testimonials, or third-party content that imply a health, performance, or cosmetic benefit, and we'll remove an account that posts this kind of content.

7. Assumption of Risk

Working with research compounds carries real risk. By purchasing from us, you're confirming that you're equipped and qualified to handle these materials safely, and that you accept full responsibility for anything that results from their use, misuse, or mishandling. You release Pinnacle BioSolutions and its affiliates from liability connected to those risks.

8. No Warranty on Information Provided

We provide the information on this site as-is and make no warranty — express or implied — about its accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Any research or use you undertake is entirely at your own risk.

9. Payment and Fraud Prevention

All orders are subject to verification, and we may decline or cancel any transaction we believe carries fraud, compliance, or age-verification risk. Placing an order authorizes us to share relevant transaction details with our payment processor and, where legally necessary, with law enforcement. Chargebacks filed without a legitimate basis may be treated as fraudulent and can result in account termination.

10. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Our products are lyophilized and shelf-stable at ambient temperature, so shipments don't require cold-chain handling — but we may still require an adult signature or additional identity verification at delivery. Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for it transfers to the shipping carrier; delays caused by the carrier or by a regulatory hold are outside our control.

11. Returns and Refunds

Because these are research compounds intended for controlled laboratory handling, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind or an ordering mistake once a package has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once we've verified the problem, we'll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you — including a prepaid return label where applicable, with no restocking fee.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Pinnacle BioSolutions' total liability for any claim tied to a product or purchase is capped at the amount you paid for that product. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if we were made aware they were possible.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pinnacle BioSolutions, its owners, employees, and suppliers harmless from any claim, loss, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law.

14. Severability

Nothing here overrides rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by United States law. Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved through binding arbitration or another lawful process we select, except where prohibited by law, with each party responsible for its own costs unless a tribunal orders otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect as soon as they're posted here. Continuing to use the site or placing another order after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we may decline or cancel any order that appears to conflict with applicable law in the destination state.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is a flat $15.00 per order. Orders of $150.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Where a discount code is applied, the free-shipping threshold is assessed against the discounted order total — so an order that falls below $150.00 after a discount is charged the flat shipping rate.

Optional Shipping Protection

You may add Shipping Protection for $10.00 at checkout. It covers a one-time reshipment if your order is lost or stolen in transit, confirmed by carrier tracking. It does not cover delivery to an incorrect address entered at checkout, and it is not insurance.

Dispatch and Handling

In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received on business days. Because payment is arranged manually, the dispatch window begins when payment clears, not when the inquiry is submitted.

Packaging and Storage in Transit

All peptides ship lyophilized and are shelf-stable at ambient temperature. No cold-chain handling or refrigeration is required in transit. Storage guidance after delivery is published on our Storage & Handling page.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is sent to the email address on the order once the package is dispatched.

Age Verification at Delivery

We may require an adult signature or additional identity verification at delivery. We sell only to individuals 21 years of age or older.

Delays and Risk of Loss

Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility for it transfers to the shipping carrier. Delays caused by the carrier, by weather, or by a regulatory hold are outside our control. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or an unmet signature requirement, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are payable by the customer unless the error was ours.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are returned by the same method used to pay. Timing depends on that provider and is outside our control.

Certificates of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis is available on request for every compound we carry. If the material you receive does not match the COA for its lot, treat it as a defective order under the section above and contact us — this is exactly the situation the 14-day window exists for.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment. Chargebacks filed without a legitimate basis may be treated as fraudulent and can result in account termination.

Pinnacle BioSolutions ("Pinnacle," "we," "us") operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.

2. What We Collect

When you submit an order inquiry: your name, email address, phone number, research affiliation, institution name, the items in your cart, and the resulting order record including totals and order status.

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, inquiry type, and the message you write.

When you join our newsletter: your email address, the date you signed up, where you signed up from, and the discount code issued to you along with whether it has been redeemed.

Automatically: our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information, for security and reliability purposes.

In your browser: we store a single value in your browser's local storage to remember that you have already seen or dismissed the newsletter popup. It contains no personal information.

3. What We Do Not Do

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking, or third-party tracking pixels. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

4. Why We Collect It

To respond to your inquiries; to process, fulfil and ship orders; to keep records of transactions; to verify age and detect fraud; to send you our newsletter if you asked for it; and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the business:

• Our website host and database provider, which stores order and subscriber records.
• Our form delivery service, which passes inquiry and contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Our email delivery provider, which sends newsletter and welcome emails.
• Shipping carriers, which receive the name and address needed to deliver your order.
• Our web font provider, which receives your IP address when fonts load on the page.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

6. Payment Information

Payment is arranged directly with you and handled outside this website. We never receive or store card numbers or bank credentials through this site.

7. How Long We Keep It

Order and transaction records are kept as long as needed for business, tax, and regulatory purposes. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a minimal record of your unsubscribe so we do not email you again. Contact form messages are kept in our email inbox.

8. Your Choices

Unsubscribing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately without needing to reply or log in. You can also email us and we will remove you by hand.

Access and deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond. Note that we may need to keep certain transaction records even after a deletion request, where the law requires it.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we will honour any right that applies to you.

9. Security

Access to order and subscriber records is password-protected and limited to authorised personnel. The site is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not collect payment credentials through this website at all — which removes the most sensitive category of data from the picture entirely.

10. Age

This site is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to newsletter subscribers by email.
